Pi Alpha Consulting LLC (Pi Alpha) is a business consulting and services firm specializing in strategy formulation and optimizing operational performance. With our experience working with organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, we are able to assess your organization and create solutions that enrich your business functions and support your ongoing operations.

Pi Alpha focuses on finance and accounting function; and through our innovative network, we provide services in adjacent business areas such as procurement and supply chain management, human resources, and corporate communications, among others. Within each area, we offer strategy, program management, and operations support.

Peter is the founder of Pi Alpha and he leads our finance and accounting service offerings. He brings 20+ years of experience in audit, corporate finance and accounting, and strategy.  At Pi Alpha, Peter advised hyper-growth technology companies as they scaled up their accounting capability, including serving as the interim corporate controller for the year preceding a client's successful IPO. Prior to launching Pi Alpha, he was a Senior Manager of Strategy & Consulting at Accenture advising clients on the West Coast on a variety of topics including process transformation, commercial operations, technology strategy, and international expansions.

Peter’s prior experiences include leading various accounting functions at large global companies focusing on areas such as financial reporting, revenue management, international accounting, with strong background in technical accounting and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.
